      My favourite experiment currently is making a glowstick! It is not really for work but for when I go visit schools to do chemistry demonstrations. It constantly makes me smile!

      I think the best experiment I’ve ever done was making liquid nitrogen chocolate! My supervisor does this whenever he has dinner parties. You basically melt some chocolate, and then cool it in liquid nitrogen to produce it in its solid form again. The texture of the chocolate when you taste it is amazing, as it melt really quickly in your mouth, creating an intense hit of flavour! Yummy!
