        Hmm good question. My favourite sports to play are golf, badminton and football (all sports that I played a lot when I was younger!). My favourite sport to watch currently is American football – it is a bit different and very exciting because everyone on a team of about 30 players can influence the result.

        If I had to pick a single sport I would say golf because you play it when you are young all the way up until you are about 80! Lots of time to get good at it.

        So I was never very sporty at school, I’m not very fit either. But recently I got involved in a sport that I absolutely love! It’s called roller derby, it’s a contact sport played on roller skates! You have to stop the other team from getting past you by hitting them out with your body, it’s very fun and you end up quite bruised!
